Welcome to DR Taxi Taunton (“we,” “our,” “us”). By booking or using our taxi services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing a booking.
1. Bookings
You can book a taxi through our website, WhatsApp, phone, or email.
Please provide accurate pickup and drop-off details. Incorrect information may cause delays or cancellation.
We will confirm your booking by message, phone, or email. A booking is not guaranteed until confirmed.
2. Prices & Payments
All fares are quoted in GBP (£) and agreed before the journey.
Prices may vary depending on distance, waiting time, or route changes requested by the customer.
Payment can be made by cash, card, or bank transfer (where available).
We do not store or process card details directly on our website.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a booking by phone, text, or WhatsApp.
Cancellations made at least 2 hours before pickup are free of charge.
Late cancellations or “no shows” may be subject to a full or partial fare charge.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
4. Waiting Time
Drivers will wait up to 10 minutes from the booked time at standard rates.
Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.
Airport pickups include free waiting time of up to 30 minutes after the flight has landed.
5. Luggage & Passenger Safety
Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
We are not liable for loss or damage unless caused by our driver’s negligence.
Seat belts must be worn at all times as required by UK law.
We reserve the right to refuse passengers under the influence of alcohol or behaving inappropriately.
6. Vehicle Condition
All vehicles are regularly inspected, clean, and licensed by the local authority.
If the vehicle becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues or driver illness, we will make every effort to arrange an alternative.
7. Liability
DR Taxi Taunton is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We will not be liable for missed flights, appointments, or events due to such delays.
8. Lost Property
Any items found in our vehicles will be kept for up to 30 days.
Please contact us with a description of the lost item to arrange collection.
9. Privacy & Data Protection
We take your privacy seriously. All personal data collected during bookings is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy
and the UK GDPR.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of the United Kingdom.
